Who we are

Flowers Lovers LA runs flowersloversla.com and is responsible for the personal information described here. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and the choices you have, including your rights as a California resident.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email, phone number and billing address; the recipient's name, delivery address and phone number; the card message, occasion and delivery instructions; your account details, reviews, photos and messages you send us.

Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically: your device and browser, pages you visit, how you reached our site (for example a search or an ad), and cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use it

To make and deliver your order, contact you or the recipient about it, send receipts and delivery updates, run your account, answer your questions, prevent fraud and keep our site secure.

To understand how our site is used and improve it, and, if you agree, to send you offers. We send marketing emails or text messages only with your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time (reply STOP to a text).

Who we share it with

Only with the people and services we need to fulfil your order and run our shop: our florists and delivery drivers, our payment processor (Stripe), and our email, hosting and order-management providers. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.

Our site does not use advertising trackers.

We share information when the law requires it, or to protect our customers and our business from fraud.

Selling and sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not use sensitive personal information to infer anything about you.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually seven years. Account details are kept until you ask us to close the account. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

Your choices and California rights

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we have about you and how we use it, to get a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security and changes

Our site runs over an encrypted connection, and access to order information is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders.

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
