About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on flowersloversla.com with Flowers Lovers LA. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund and Delivery policies.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Delivery fees, sales tax where it applies and any tip are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken by card through Stripe. An order is confirmed when the payment is authorized and you receive a confirmation on screen or by email. We may decline or cancel an order we cannot fulfil, for example a wrong price shown by mistake or an address outside our delivery area; in that case you are refunded in full.

Flowers and substitutions

Every bouquet is made by hand from fresh, seasonal flowers, so the bouquet you receive can differ slightly from the photo in shade, shape and opening of the blooms.

If a flower, color or wrap is not available on your delivery date, our florists replace it with one of equal or higher value that keeps the style and colors of the bouquet. If a substitution would change the bouquet noticeably, we contact you first.

Delivery

We deliver on the date and in the window you choose at checkout, within our delivery area. Details are in our Delivery Policy.

You are responsible for a correct delivery address and a reachable recipient phone number. A second delivery after a wrong address or an unreachable recipient may be charged.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel an order, call +1 213 257 419 or email hello@flowersloversla.com as early as possible. Orders that our florists have started, or that are out for delivery, can no longer be cancelled. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used them. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Reviews, photos and messages

When you post a review or a photo, you confirm it is yours to share and allow us to show it on our website and social pages. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful or unrelated to our flowers.

Card messages are written exactly as you type them. Please do not use them for anything unlawful or abusive.

Offers and gift codes

Discount codes and offers have the conditions shown with them, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless stated.

Our content

The photos, texts, logos and design of flowersloversla.com belong to Flowers Lovers LA or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our written consent.

Liability

We do our best to deliver every order as described and on time. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather, road closures or public emergencies.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute is heard in the courts of Los Angeles County, unless the law gives you the right to another court.

We may update these terms; the version on this page on the day of your order applies to that order.
